Why Your Hoverboard is Beeping? Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks

Hoverboards are a joy to ride and make for the perfect toy for any child looking for a new way to explore their neighborhood. However, kids tend to be a little reckless at times which can lead to some issues down the road.

For a majority of issues, your hoverboard will give off a distinctive beeping sound. There are a few things you can attempt to fix your hoverboard if it is beeping and you're not sure why. You can follow the instructions listed below:

Be sure to align the hoverboards wheels before turning it on. The self-balancing technology and sensors can cause the hoverboard to think one side isn't functioning.

Verify the wheels to ensure they are in good condition. Damage to the wheels can lead to the hoverboard becoming unrideable.

Make sure all connections are snug and secure by looking for any that may be loose. The hoverboard may beep if any connections are loose.

Your hoverboard may also need to be recalibrated. You may restart your ride and give it a fresh start in just a few easy steps to get you back on your hoverboard.

If none of these fixes work, or if your hoverboard is still beeping and flashing even after going through this list, there might be a more significant problem.
