Most of the time when your Hoverboard is not working properly it just means it’s time to calibrate it. Below are the instructions on how to calibrate the board:
1. Start with the hoverboard powered off. Have the board leveled and unplugged from the charger.
2. Adjust the foot pedals until they are level with each other and the ground.
3. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Another beep will sound and the LED lights will flash.
4. Press the power button to turn off.
5. Press the power button to turn on.
6. Repeat this process 3 times to fully calibrate your Hoverboard.
It is recommended by our experts to calibrate your Hoverboard before each use to make sure that your hoverboard is operating at peak performance.

"I was not sure how my daughter was going to react because she is a little bit timid with things like this. Even at 9 years old, she takes a while to warm up to things. She was so excited when we got the box! We started out with me holding her hands but it's self-leveling feature works pretty well and she was able to get the hang of it. It took her about a day to gain a little bit of confidence on it, but now she rides it up and down our driveway and then our cul-de-sac. I wish the charge speed was a little bit faster for the time you get out of it, but I also wish that for everything electronic that we have!
The lights on this hoverboard are pretty fantastic. Exactly what a kid would want as their flashy and bright. What I was surprised with where the speakers. They are actually loud enough to hear when you are riding down the road at a pretty good clip. This says it has a 3 mi range which we have not tested out but, we have driven it until it's died. I think it is a great option and a good value. It's definitely put a smile on my child's face!"

I got this to try out for myself because I'm within the weight range and I wanted to see how these work. It's really easy to use and balancing is actually not that tough, even for someone with limited coordination like me. I'm looking forward to using this more as the weather gets warmer, and I think this is a great hoverboard for the price.
