Most of the time when your Hoverboard is not working properly it just means it’s time to calibrate it. Below are the instructions on how to calibrate the board:
1. Start with the hoverboard powered off. Have the board leveled and unplugged from the charger.
2. Adjust the foot pedals until they are level with each other and the ground.
3. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Another beep will sound and the LED lights will flash.
4. Press the power button to turn off.
5. Press the power button to turn on.
6. Repeat this process 3 times to fully calibrate your Hoverboard.
It is recommended by our experts to calibrate your Hoverboard before each use to make sure that your hoverboard is operating at peak performance.

Wow this is an amazing hoverboard at an excellent price for all you get. I just love the tires that light up with the music and I love the colors of the wheels when it lights up as you roll also. This hoverboard in my opinion is for adults and older teens it’s made so big and it goes so fast..up to 20 mph. The precision is so spot on with this hoverboard and it glides with such ease and it’s black and beautiful to look at as well. This hoverboard I guess I am trying to say is more like a machine!! There is not one cheap part on it, it’s all made very well and strong. This hoverboard is worth every penny and it’s a great bargain and would make an excellent gift straight from the warehouse. I’m super excited to get outside today and practice some more! :)
