I got the Gotrax KS3 Kick Scooter for my toddler and she's liked it so far. She prefers to use the Gotrax KS3 Kick Scooter with the seat installed which helps her with stability. I wanted to note that the LED lights are kinetically powered. So you'll need to ride at a certain speed before the wheels light up.

We were really exited for it considering our 6 year old really wanted to learn hot to scooter and hang out with his friends. Now it’s nice and easy to pop it up and it seems like a great and safe model but he is having hard time to steer and turn it the way he wants to go.

This scooter has removable seat. This allows younger children to comfortably sit and ride the scooter, while older children can remove the seat and ride standing up. The adjustable height feature is also a great addition, as it ensures that the scooter can grow with child and be used for several years. but the wheels do light up, but they do not provide much illumination, which defeats the purpose of having light-up wheels.
